Description

Provide comprehensive care for adult patients with acute medical conditions or those recovering from surgical procedures. Utilize advanced telemetry equipment to monitor heart rhythms, identifying and responding immediately to any arrhythmias or clinical changes. Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and perform wound care while maintaining meticulous electronic health records. Conduct frequent physical assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment and discharge plans. Educate patients and their families on disease management to ensure a safe transition from the hospital and reduce readmission rates.
