Position: RN (PCU)
Location: Washington ,DC 20037
Duration: 3 Months
Shift Timings: Nights – 3 x 12-Hour
Client Name: The George Washington University Hospital

CARDIAC STEPDOWN/PROGRESSIVE CARE

• NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required
• BSN - Highly desired
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required
• Cardiac Tele Experience - Required: 2 Years
• RN Experience - Required: 2 Years
• Cerner experience required
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
• BSN - Highly desired

We are a 48 bed cardiac focused stepdown unit. 4 bed pulmonary care beds and 10 cardiac surgery beds (traveler not required to take)
Frequent IV drips:
• Heparin
• Milrinone
• Lasix
• Bumex
Frequent diagnosis:
• CHF
• NSTEMI
• Arrhythmias
• Vascular Surgery
Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 72.84 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 17.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 55.84 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,622.40 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 612.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 2,010.40 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 25.50 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 36.00 Hours
