Hourly Breakdown

• Total Hourly Pay Rate: $81.95 per hour

• Weekly Gross: $3,278.00 per week
• On W2 (Taxable): $640.00 per week
• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $2,638.00 per week

Call Pay

• On-Call Rate: $4.50 per hour
• Call Back (W2): $24.00 per hour

Position Overview

Specialty: CVOR RN

Shift schedule consists of a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts based on departmental needs.

Shift Details

• 2×8-hour shifts and 2×12-hour shifts
• Shift window: 06:30 AM – 11:00 PM with call requirements
• Schedule placement based on operational needs
• Must be flexible with scheduling

Required Experience (Must-Haves)

• Minimum 2 years of cardiac, vascular, and transplant experience
• At least 1 year of CVOR experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Level I Trauma facility

Certifications

• BLS
• NIH

Required Skills

• General OR procedures
• Cardiovascular surgery
• Thoracic surgery
• Vascular surgery
• Transplant procedures

Charting System

• EPIC experience required

Call Requirements

• Call hours required and distributed equitably among staff on a 4-week schedule
• Weekday call begins at 7:00 PM
• Weekend call required in 12-hour blocks
• Call frequency varies based on staffing levels and may change monthly
