Specialty: Hospice RN
Schedule: This is a On Call position - 7on/7off - will be On Call for 24 hrs first 7 days and off the next 7 days. Paid at regular rate***
Guaranteed Hours: 40
EMR: HCHB EXP required
Years of experience REQ: 1 year min, recent
Average # of patients/day: 5-7 please confirm during interview
Types of Cases: Geriatric- end of life care
First timers accepted: NO
Certs REQ: BLS
On-call REQ? NO
Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/ office
Locals accepted: Yes, and at travel rate
License in hand
Special Requirements: Traveler expected to be flexible with territory
Timely documentation and communication required
Dress Code: Scrubs- any color- NO jeans
Cell phone: NO
iPad: Yes, provided
Mileage Reimbursed: Yes- at the IRS standard rate
