Job Title: RN Case Manager
Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404
Start Date: 04/27/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8 (08:00–16:30)

Requirements:
• 2 years acute care inpatient Case Manager experience (within last 6 months)
• Experience in care coordination & admission reviews
• InterQual experience required (HARD STOP)
• Epic experience required (HARD STOP)
• Travel experience required (seasoned traveler)

Patient Ratio:
• 1:20
