Description

Title: Travel Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehab / Acute Care

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule
Shift: Day | 5×8-Hour
Timing: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Possible Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
Weekend Coverage: Every Saturday may be required
Call: Required
Float: Yes, must be willing to float between like units

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab / acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate should have acute care hospital experience and preferably experience in acute rehab, with willingness to float after orientation.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year acute care hospital PT experience
3 years preferred per manager notes
BLS Certification
Epic charting experience required
Travel experience not mandatory (depends on experience)
Pending license not accepted

Acute rehabilitation
Neurological patients
Level II trauma experience preferred
Adult & geriatric patients
