Description

RN – MS/Tele (Medical Surgical / Telemetry)
Location: Memphis, TN
Shift: Day Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week
Start Dates: 05/04, 05/18

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-acuity MS/Tele unit in a Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate must have prior travel experience and be comfortable working in a large hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in MS/Tele unit
Work in a team nursing model
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, med nurses, and virtual nurses
Participate in on-call and weekend shifts as needed
Maintain high standards of patient care

Unit Details:

Patient Ratio: 1:12 (team nursing model; shared among care team)
Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience
Travel experience required
Level I Trauma experience required
Large hospital experience required
No first-time travelers
Must comply with NLC guidelines (no pending license accepted)

Additional Requirement:

Candidate must live at least 100 miles away from the facility (no locals)
