RN – Medical Surgical / Neuro Stepdown

Location: Memphis, TN
Shift: Day Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours/week
Start Dates: 05/04, 05/18

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical / Neuro Stepdown unit at a Level I Trauma Center. Candidates must have strong clinical skills and prior travel experience in high-acuity, large hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in Med/Surg Neuro Stepdown unit
• Work within a team nursing model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in on-call and weekend shifts as needed
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Unit Details:

• Patient Ratio: (to be discussed during interview)
• Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
• Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Travel experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• No first-time travelers
• Must comply with NLC guidelines (no pending license accepted)

Scheduling Notes:

• No block scheduling (weekend block may be considered)
• On-call and weekend shifts as needed

Additional Requirement:

• Candidate must live at least 100 miles away from the facility (no locals)
