Description

RN – PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit)
Location: Memphis, TN
Shift: Day Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate must have strong critical care experience in pediatric settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide critical care to pediatric patients in the PICU
Monitor and manage high-acuity cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Work weekends as needed
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
First-time travelers not accepted (unless candidate has 3 years of experience)
BSN preferred
Must comply with NLC guidelines (no pending license accepted)

Scheduling Notes:

Weekend shifts as needed
Block scheduling not available (weekend block may be considered)

Additional Requirement:

Candidate must live at least 100 miles away from the facility (no locals)
