Description
Location: Memphis, TN
Shift: Day Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a Children's Hospital. The ideal candidate must have strong critical care experience in pediatric settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care to pediatric patients in the PICU
- Monitor and manage high-acuity cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Work weekends as needed
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
- First-time travelers not accepted (unless candidate has 3 years of experience)
- BSN preferred
- Must comply with NLC guidelines (no pending license accepted)
Scheduling Notes:
- Weekend shifts as needed
- Block scheduling not available (weekend block may be considered)
Additional Requirement:
- Candidate must live at least 100 miles away from the facility (no locals)
