Description

RN – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Memphis, TN
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Start Dates: 05/04 or 05/18

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room (ER) in a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center. Candidates must have strong recent ER experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, large hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide emergency care to patients in the ER
Triage and manage high-acuity cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Participate in weekend and on-call shifts as needed
Ensure high-quality patient care and safety

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (strict)
First-time travelers not accepted (unless 5 years of ER experience)
Level I Trauma experience required
Must be willing to work 48 hours/week
Large hospital experience preferred
Must comply with NLC guidelines (no pending license accepted)

Scheduling Notes:

On-call and weekend shifts as needed
Block scheduling not guaranteed (may be discussed during interview)

Additional Requirement:

Candidate must live at least 100 miles away from the facility (strict rule, no locals)
