🩺 Registered Nurse – Observation Unit
📍 Location: Kingman, AZ
🕒 Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

📋 Job Details

Unit: Observation Unit
Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
Charting System: Meditech (preferred, not required)
Orientation: Every Monday

✅ Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg experience required
Telemetry: Must have experience (remote telemetry monitoring possible)
Certification: BLS required

🔄 Additional Information

Travel pairs accepted
First-time travelers welcome
Local candidates accepted at the same rate
Floating required to other Med Surg units if needed
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Blocked scheduling not guaranteed
