Job Title: RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Aiken, SC 29801
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts
Assignment Dates: 13 weeks

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a multidisciplinary ICU setting. The unit cares for neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients. The ideal candidate will use advanced critical care technology while delivering compassionate patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting.
Monitor and manage critically ill patients using ventilators, cardiac monitors, ECMO/TandemHeart, Impella, arterial and central lines, PICC lines, CRRT, gastric tubes, and IV infusion pumps.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on care procedures and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner and adhere to hospital policies.
Respond to emergencies using CPI-NCI advanced physical skills training.

Required Qualifications:
Active RN license.
Minimum 2 years ICU/Acute Care experience.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
CPI – NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training.
Experience with Cerner EMR system.
Must reside within 100 miles of Aiken, SC.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
