Description
Job Title: Social Services – LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
Location: Mount Vernon, WA
Start Date: 05/11/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM)
(May work 12-hour shifts in ED: 08:30 AM – 09:00 PM)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (Must have Washington State experience)
- MSW required
- Active WA LICSW or LICSW-A license required
- Basic knowledge of Medicare rules required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Job Description:
- Provide clinical social work services in inpatient and emergency department settings.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and transitions.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and hospital policies.
- Float to other units as needed within scope.
