Job Title: Registered Nurse – LTAC - R
Location: Columbia, MO

Shift Details:

• Days Shift: 3x12 Hours (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Columbia, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and be comfortable managing complex, high-acuity patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an LTAC setting
• Manage patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and IV drips
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current and strong LTAC experience
• Hands-on experience with traches, vents, and drips (required)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (MO or compact state) – must be in hand
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required

Patient Ratio:

• 1:5–6 (LTAC setting)

Additional Details:

• Weekends: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• Local candidates accepted (same rate as travelers)
• Must be comfortable working in a high-acuity environment
