ā¢Ā Unit:Ā Labor & Delivery / Postpartum / Nursery
ā¢Ā Floating:Ā Required between L&D, Postpartum, and Nursery
ā¢Ā Charting System:Ā Epic (Preferred)
šĀ Experience Requirements
ā¢ MinimumĀ 1.5 years recent L&D experienceĀ (within last 2 years)
ā¢ Experience inĀ similar or higher acuity hospital required
ā¢ Must haveĀ C-section circulating experience
ā¢Ā Scrubbing C-sections preferred
šĀ Required Certifications & Licenses
ā¢Ā Current New York RN License
ā¢Ā BLS Certification

ā¢ StrongĀ labor, delivery & postpartum care skills
ā¢ Ability to manageĀ newborn and maternal care
ā¢ Comfortable withĀ floating across OB units
ā¢ ExcellentĀ communication & interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to work withĀ minimal supervision in acute care setting
ā ļøĀ Important Notes
ā¢ Must be flexible withĀ unit floating requirements
ā¢Ā EPIC experience preferred
ā¢ Must meet allĀ compliance requirementsĀ (background check, drug screen, health clearance)
ā¢ Clean license history required (no suspensions/investigations)
ā¢ Travelers must have experience inĀ similar or larger facilities
