Job Title: Speech Therapist II
Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660
Shift: Day (M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Schedule: 5 days/week
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description:
The Speech Therapist II assesses patients for speech-related therapy needs, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides education and rehabilitation services in a home health setting. This role involves managing multiple patients, completing timely documentation, and collaborating with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. The position also includes mentoring new staff, supporting clinical instruction for interns, and participating in clinical education and literature review activities.

Requirements:

18 months of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience with general medicine, orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, gastroenterology, and otolaryngology
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of California
Current BLS Certification
Home health experience preferred
Geriatric patient experience required
