Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Location: Hartsville, TN 37074

Job Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift: 5x8-Hour Days
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements

Job Summary:
The Mental Health Coordinator is responsible for planning and providing non-medical clinical mental health services within the facility. The ideal candidate will be able to perform all required duties efficiently and at a level consistent with job expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functioning levels
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities in healthcare records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in treatment plans
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention services

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role

Required Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited institution

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license preferred (if applicable)
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Additional Details:

• Day shift, typically 5x8-hour shifts
• Initial 12-week assignment
• Preference for LCSW or LPC-MHSP; LMFT may be considered
• 40 hours guaranteed, with flexibility required based on facility needs
