Title: RN – Operating Room (OR) 
Location: Monroe, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/08/2026
Shift: Days | 5x8 (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Operating Room

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced OR RN to support a busy surgical unit running 4–6 ORs daily (80% outpatient / 20% inpatient). The role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to work across multiple surgical specialties.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN License (in hand)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience
• Experience in at least 5 specialties (Ortho, Neuro, Urology, GYN, ENT, General, etc.)
• XI Robotics experience required
• Strong charting and teamwork skills

Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS

Schedule & Call:

• 5x8 day shifts
• Call: 2–4 weekday shifts and 1–2 weekends per 6 weeks
• Must be flexible and adhere to strict attendance policies

Facility Details:

• 4–6 ORs daily
• Patient population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
• Equipment: Da Vinci Xi robots, Hana table, Jackson table, Olympus endoscopy, Storz systems

Additional Info:

• Floating required to Hickman
• No local candidates (within 50 miles)
