Setting: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced CVOR RN for a high-acuity surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong OR and cardiac scrub experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced operating room setting while providing quality patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN License

• Minimum OR experience required

• Cardiac scrub experience required

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate and deliver patient-centered surgical care

Certifications Required:

• BLS

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN preferred

• CVOR experience preferred

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• Flexible schedule options available:

  • 5x8s

  • 4x10s

  • 3x12s

• 48 hours of call required per 6-week schedule

• Must be available for 1 weekend call per month

• Block scheduling available

Interview Process:

• 15-minute Phone or Microsoft Teams interview
