Description
Job Title: RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Lebanon, PA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: Mid Shift | 3x12 (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Setting: LDRP / Mother Baby Unit
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a busy LDRP unit at a community hospital. The ideal candidate will be comfortable caring for antepartum, laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients, including circulating C-sections and handling obstetric emergencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience
- Epic charting experience required
- Travel experience required
- Community hospital experience required
- Strong fetal monitoring and postpartum care skills
Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate preferred
Clinical Skills:
- Labor, delivery, postpartum & newborn care
- Circulate & recover C-sections
- EFM monitoring & interpretation
- Magnesium sulfate, Pitocin, insulin drips
- Neonatal resuscitation & APGAR scoring
- OB triage, sterile vaginal exams, NST/OCT
- Hemorrhage & high-risk OB management
Schedule & Work Expectations:
- Every other weekend required
- Call required
- Holidays as needed
- Floating as needed
- Max RTO: 7 days

- 12-room / 14-bed LDRP unit
- Avg daily census: 8
- Patient ratio: 1:4
- Charting: Epic
- Tobacco & fragrance-free facility
