Description
Job title – Registered Nurse (ICU)
Facility: Ardent Health Services – Lovelace Women's Hospital
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Unit: ICU/CCU (32-bed Adult ICU)
Shift: Nights, 4×12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact License accepted before start)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (2–3 years preferred)
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Experience caring for ventilated and critically ill patients
- Ability to manage critically ill patients with a 1:2 patient ratio
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Charge Nurse experience
- Trauma Level II experience
- LTAC experience
- Experience with CRRT/CVVHD
- NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications
- Experience in Surgical ICU (SICU)
- Swan-Ganz/Pulmonary Artery catheter monitoring
