Description

Title: LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Worker)
Location: Portland, OR
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Start Date: June 8, 2026

Requirements

2 years of experience required
Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required
First-time travelers accepted
BLS and LCSW required
Must have both OR and WA licensure (WA license can be pending)
Oasis experience required
Epic experience preferred
Home Health experience required
