Description

Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical
Location: Bolivar, MO
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12 (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Med Surg Unit

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Med Surg RN for a fast-paced medical and surgical floor caring for a diverse patient population. Nurses will manage both medical and post-surgical patients during the same shift and should be comfortable in a dynamic acute care environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience
Previous travel experience required (No Exceptions)
Active Missouri or Compact RN License at submission
BLS required

Patient Population & Diagnoses:

Orthopedic surgeries (TKR, THR, spine, rotator cuff)
GI surgeries (appendectomy, gallbladder, resections)
GYN and Urology patients
COPD, CHF, COVID, Sepsis, UTI, Pneumonia

Unit Details:

Patient Ratios: 1:6 Days / 1:7 Nights
28-bed Med Surg unit
Average Daily Census: 18 patients
Mixed medical and surgical assignments
