Description

Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Facility: Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital
Location: 7691 Poplar Ave, Germantown, TN 38138
Start Date: 06/15/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM)
Schedule: 3x12-Hour

Note: OR RN | Travel experience preferred | Call required | 100-mile radius rule applies

Position Overview:
The OR RN provides perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment, ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Job Duties:

Circulate surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environment
Monitor patients throughout perioperative care
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical tech teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

Licensure:

Active TN or Compact RN License required at submission

Experience:

Minimum 2 years recent OR experience with travel experience required
Candidates with 3 years recent OR experience may be considered without travel experience

Other Requirements:

Call required (details discussed during interview)
Must live 100 miles from facility
