Facility: Carson Tahoe Health, Regional Medical Center
Specialty/Unit: Pharmacy
Start Date: for exact start date, please stipulate what the onboarding process entails

Shift & exact times: Graveyard (2000-0600)
Length of assignment: 13 weeks
Required Certs: Graduate of Accredited School of Pharmacy and NV Pharmacy License or eligibility to obtain
Job Quanity: one
Any important details we should note for this Unit?: centralized pharmacy model, hospital has pneumatic tube system
Will you take a traveler with one year of experience? YES
Will you take a first time traveler? YES, if they have hospital experience from elsewhere
Will you allow Blocked Schedule (Shifts grouped together)? This is a 7on / 7 off position (Wednesday through Tuesday)
