Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Tech
Location: Eureka, CA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: Days | 5x8 (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Setting: Hospital – Radiology/Cardiology

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Tech to join a busy hospital-based imaging department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, patient care, and safe handling of radioactive materials in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience
  • ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB required
  • CNMT certification required
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Strong IV skills and radiation safety knowledge

Clinical Skills Required:

  • Bone scans (3 Phase, Limited, Whole Body)
  • Myocardial stress/rest studies
  • Gastric Emptying studies
  • HIDA scans
  • PET scans
  • Lung ventilation/perfusion scans
  • Thyroid studies
  • Safe storage, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials

Equipment Experience Preferred:

  • Client
  • Siemens

Schedule & Work Expectations:

  • 5x8 Day shifts
  • Call required (manager to discuss details)
  • Floating required to outpatient department nearby
  • One RTO request permitted

Facility Highlights:
