Description
Facility: University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus – Baltimore, MD
Start Date: 06/08/2026 or ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Wound Care RN experience
- Active MD or Compact RN License required
- BLS and WCC required
- WOCN preferred
- First-time travelers accepted with strong experience
- Epic experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage acute/chronic wounds and pressure injuries
- Provide ostomy care and patient education
- Perform wound treatments, dressing changes, and skin integrity assessments
- Work with the WOCN team rounding on 4–5 units daily
Additional Details:
- Average 15 patient visits per day
- No on-call required
- Floating within specialty may be required
- Holiday coverage as scheduled
- Travelers must live 50 miles from facility
