Description
Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician
Location: Reno, NV 89511
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 4x10-Hour Days
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements
Schedule:
- Shift Time: 06:30 AM – 05:00 PM
- 4x10-hour weekday shifts
- Days may vary based on department needs
- On-call required:
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
Requirements:
- Must live at least 100 miles away
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience required
- RCIS or ARRT certification required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
Experience Required:
- Heart catheterizations
- Electrophysiology procedures including Afib, Aflutter, and SVT ablations
- Pacemaker insertions
- Emergency cardiac interventions
- Ability to scrub interventional cases required
- EP scrub experience preferred
Additional Skills:
- Experience with MacLab, Phillips X-ray, Carto, Farapulse, Impella, and Shockwave systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality and manage changing priorities
