Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - RRT
Location: Washington, DC 20032
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights
Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Guaranteed Hours: Dependent on facility requirements
Schedule:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3x12-hour shifts
Requirements:
- Must live at least 50 miles away
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Pediatric, NICU, Adult ER, and Critical Care experience required
- RRT License required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory care as prescribed by physicians
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and cardiopulmonary testing
- Manage ventilator support and artificial airway care
- Provide respiratory therapy treatments and patient education
- Work across multiple care settings including critical care and emergency care
