📍 Job Title: Registered Nurse – ER
📌 Facility Location: 3615 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79410
⏰ Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description:
• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 3x12 schedule
• Expected patient ratio: 1:3
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required (hardstop requirement)
• Required certifications:
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- TNCC
• No floating required
• No on-call requirement
• Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period
• Block scheduling approved but not required
• 48-hour schedules not approved
• Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care Hospital
• Total Staffed Beds: 379
• Strong trauma, critical thinking, and emergency response skills required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide rapid patient assessment and treatment
