🩺 Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical
📍 Tulsa 74104
⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
🚀 Start: 06/15/2026
Shift: Day – 3x12 (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Weekend coverage required
• Floating required within scope
• No on-call required
🏥 Unit Details:
• Medical Surgical Unit
• 25-bed unit
• Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
📋 Requirements:
• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License
• BLS Certification ( required )
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
⭐ Preferred:
• Previous acute care Med Surg experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
🩺 Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care for Medical Surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and perform assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care team
• Float within scope as needed based on unit needs
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in acute care setting
