Description

Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Location: Hood River, OR
Schedule: Days or Nights | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Block Scheduling Available
Job Summary:
Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services, medication verification, dispensing, and medication therapy management in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The pharmacist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Qualifications:

Active Oregon Pharmacist License (or pending prior to start)
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required
Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Epic experience preferred
Experience with Pyxis and hazardous drug handling preferred

Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders
Dispense medications and monitor drug therapy
Provide clinical support and medication recommendations
Ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
