Expected patient ratios: 1:1 – 1:2

6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule

Required Qualifications
-
Active RN License.
-
BLS Certification required.
-
ACLS Certification required.
-
NRP Certification required.
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience.

Strong experience with fetal monitoring, labor management, postpartum care, and obstetric emergencies.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
AWHONN Intermediate Certification preferred.
-
Epic EMR experience preferred.
-
Experience with high-risk antepartum patients and Level II trauma or pediatric facilities preferred.
-
Experience with hemorrhage management, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, multiple gestation, VBAC, and neonatal emergencies preferred.
