⏳ 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)

Shift: Day Shift – Variable Start Times

• Shift times may vary: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process
• No regularly scheduled weekends unless called in

🏥 Unit Details:

• Endoscopy Unit
• Fast-paced procedural environment focused on gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

📋 Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of permanent Endoscopy experience required prior to travel assignments
• AHA BLS Certification required
• AHA ACLS Certification required

⭐ Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with procedural sedation and recovery care

🩺 Required Skills:

• Endoscopy nursing experience
• Pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care
• IV starts and IV management

• Moderate sedation monitoring
• Patient assessment and monitoring

• Emergency response and airway management
• Multidisciplinary patient care coordination

🩺 Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and patient education

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patients receiving procedural sedation

• Provide post-procedure recovery care and discharge education
• Perform IV starts and maintain vascular access

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centered care
