Description
Location: Eureka, CA
Start Date: 07/06/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12 (18:00–06:30)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Labor & Delivery experience
- ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS & NRP certifications required
- Experience with high-risk deliveries, fetal monitoring, vaginal deliveries, and C-section circulation/recovery
- Skilled in postpartum care, newborn care, couplet care, and OB triage
- Must be open to floating within scope based on facility needs
- Epic experience required
Preferred:
- Experience with high-risk antepartum, >300 births/month facility, and Mother/Baby care
- Strong IV therapy and medication administration skills
Notes:
- First-time travelers accepted
- Patient ratios: 1:1–3
- Unit includes Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, LDRP, and Mother/Baby care
- 15-bed unit with high-risk OB population
