Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Seaside, OR & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health Physical Therapy experience
First-time travelers accepted
Active Oregon (OR) Physical Therapy License
Current BLS certification
OASIS experience required
