Description
Location: Greenville, SC 29605
Schedule: Nights 4x12 hour or 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Position: Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3x12 or 4x12 schedule)
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Local Candidates: Accepted (must meet facility radius rule requirements)
- License Requirement: Active South Carolina RRT license required at the time of submission; pending licenses will not be accepted.
- Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Scheduling & Time-Off
- All RTO, block scheduling, and special scheduling requests must be included at the time of submission.
- Requests are subject to facility approval during the booking process.
- The facility may call off up to 1 shift every 2 weeks.

Required Clinical Skills
Candidates must have strong experience in:
- Adult Critical Care
- Trauma Level I settings
- Extubation
- Nasal and oral airway placement
- Suctioning (oral and airway)
- Pulmonary hygiene
- Sputum specimen collection
- Tracheostomy care
Medication Administration Experience
Must be proficient in administering:
- Albuterol
- Atrovent
- Combivent
- Flovent
- Inhaled steroids
- Isuprel
- Lidocaine
- Perforomist
- Pulmicort
- Racemic Epinephrine
- Spiriva
- Terbutaline Sulfate
- Tobramycin
- Xopenex
Respiratory Equipment & Therapies
Experience required with:
- Aerosol mask setup
- Aerosol trach setup
- Medihaler
- Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs)
- Hand-held nebulizers
- T-piece nebulizers
- Trach collar nebulizers
- High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- Trach collar oxygen therapy
- BiPAP and CPAP
- Troubleshooting high-pressure alarms
- Mechanical ventilation weaning
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC charting experience
- Floating may be required to other units or campuses based on patient care needs and staff
