Registered Nurse – Hospice
📍 Woodward, OK
⏳ 13-Week Travel Contract | Start Date: 07/06/2026
🕘 Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

Requirements

Active RN License (license in hand at submission)
Minimum 1 year recent Hospice and/or Home Health experience
OASIS experience required
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
BLS certification required
First-time travelers not accepted

Assignment Details

Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekend coverage
On-call may be required (discussed during interview)
Average 5–7 patient visits per day
Territory coverage up to a 60-mile radius from the office
Geriatric patient population
Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
iPad provided for documentation
