š Job Title: Registered Nurse ā Neuro ICU
š Facility Location: 750 E Adams St, Syracuse, NY 13210
ā° Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM ā 7:00 AM)
š Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description:
ā¢ Provide critical care nursing services in an Adult Neuro ICU setting
ā¢ Work night shifts (7:00 PM ā 7:00 AM), including every other weekend and some holidays
ā¢ Care for critically ill neurological patients requiring intensive monitoring and interventions
ā¢ Perform comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, and advanced critical care procedures
ā¢ Minimum 1 year of Neuro ICU experience required
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience within the past 2 years required
ā¢ Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
ā¢ EPIC experience preferred
ā¢ Must hold a current New York State RN license
ā¢ Required certification: BLS
ā¢ Travelers must have experience in hospitals of similar size, level, or trauma centers
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
ā¢ Must possess strong neurological assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
ā¢ Set schedules and time-off requests exceeding 7 days will not be approved
ā¢ Must successfully complete health clearance, drug screening, and background check requirements
ā¢ Ability to provide high-quality patient care with minimal orientation and supervision required
