Description

🚨 Travel Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) – Sparks, NV 🚨

📍 Location: Sparks, NV
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: 3 x 12-Hour Nights
🏡 Must live 100 miles from the facility

We're looking for an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to join a busy acute care team in Sparks, NV!

✅ Requirements:

Active RN license (State or Compact)
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
Minimum 2 years of recent full-time Med/Surg Tele experience in an acute care setting
Current NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Must successfully pass all required pre-employment assessments

🏥 Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
Perform comprehensive admission and ongoing patient assessments
Monitor and care for telemetry patients
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Provide patient and family education while ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate care
