Description

Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: CentraCare Health, Long Prairie, MN
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist License required.
BLS certification required.
Epic experience required.
Experience in both Hospital and Outpatient Rehabilitation settings preferred.
Patient population includes adults of all ages.
Outpatient caseload includes hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation.
Hospital caseload includes general rehabilitation services.
Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient care skills.
Traveler's primary residence must be at least 25 miles from the facility.
