Travel Pharmacist – Inpatient Pediatrics | Lubbock, TX
📅 Start: July 13, 2026 | Duration: 26 Weeks
🌙 Shift: Nights | 7 On / 7 Off (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
☀️ Transition to Day Shift later in assignment (coverage through Jan 2027)
🏥 181-Bed Children's Hospital | Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Hospital Pharmacist experience

Texas Pharmacist License (TX License required)

PharmD required
-
BLS required
-
Pediatric pharmacy exposure required

Epic experience required
-
Retail-only experience will NOT be considered
Key Responsibilities:

Inpatient pediatric pharmacy services

IV preparation and sterile compounding
-
Antibiotic, pediatric, renal, and pharmacokinetic dosing

Medication therapy monitoring

Pyxis medication dispensing systems
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric care teams
