Location: East Portland, OR / Clark County, WA

Shift: Days | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health Physical Therapy experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Active Oregon (OR) and Washington (WA) Physical Therapy licenses required
- Current BLS certification
- OASIS experience
