Description

Title: RN – Wound Care
Location: 506 Lenox Avenue, New York, NY 10037
Facility: Harlem Hospital Center
Start Date: 07/13/2026
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts/week, every other weekend (38 hours/week)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN – Wound Care to provide specialized wound, ostomy, and continence care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing care plans, wound management, patient and staff education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Active New York State RN License
AHA BLS Certification
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN)
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Experience in Wound Care and Colostomy/Ostomy Care
One current certification: CWOCN, CWON, CWCN, CWS, or WCC
