Location: 45 Rivington Street, New York NY 10002
Facility: Mount Sinai-Behavioral Health Center
Shift: Days 4x10 (7:30 am- 4:00 pm)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead patient care operations, oversee nursing staff, and promote a safe, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities include supervising clinical practice, enhancing patient experience, ensuring quality and safety compliance, leading interdisciplinary teams, resolving patient concerns, supporting staff development, and driving quality improvement initiatives through evidence-based practice.
Education Requirements:
- Masters in nursing or health related field required
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years nursing clinical care with Charge Nurse/Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have relevant clinical competence in area of nursing practice assigned.
- CPI/ OMH -Trust PSYCH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Travel experience required
