Description

Position: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Facility: Compassus Home Health
Location: Milwaukee
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks

Key Must-Have Requirements

Active Wisconsin RN License (in hand)
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
OASIS experience (required)
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR experience (required)
BLS Certification
Comfortable traveling within a 60-mile radius of Milwaukee
Strong documentation and communication skills
