Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice
Location: Auburn, Massachusetts
Facility: Compassus Hospice
Contract Length: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 07/20/2026
Schedule: Days, 5x8s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Requirements
- Active RN License (license in hand)
- Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice experience
- Previous travel experience preferred (first-time travelers not accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must be flexible with territory coverage
Patient Population
- Geriatric patients
- End-of-life and palliative care
- Average 5–7 patient visits per day
- Minimum productivity expectation: 30 points weekly
