Description

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice
Location: Auburn, Massachusetts
Facility: Compassus Hospice
Contract Length: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 07/20/2026
Schedule: Days, 5x8s (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

Requirements

Active RN License (license in hand)
Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice experience
Previous travel experience preferred (first-time travelers not accepted)
BLS certification required
Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required
Strong documentation and communication skills
Must be flexible with territory coverage

Patient Population

Geriatric patients
End-of-life and palliative care
Average 5–7 patient visits per day
Minimum productivity expectation: 30 points weekly
