🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join the outpatient Radiation Unit at Mount Sinai Beth Israel – Union Square. The RN will provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to oncology patients undergoing radiation treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements:
âś… Active New York State RN License
âś… BLS Certification
âś… Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
âś… Minimum 2 years of Radiation Oncology experience in an outpatient setting required
âś… Previous travel experience preferred (1 year for travel positions)
âś… EPIC experience highly preferred
âś… BSN preferred (Associate Degree accepted with relevant experience)
Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout radiation treatment.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, disease management, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiation therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and intervene appropriately.
• Document accurately in EPIC and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
