Description
Location: Charleston, WV
Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist
Req #: 74319
Shift: 4x10 Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Call: Required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Case Volume
- 8–10 cases per technologist per day
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- Must be competent in:
- Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization
- Interventional Cardiology
- Structural Heart Procedures
- ARRT Registration required
- Active West Virginia license required before start (pending license accepted at submission)
- RCIS alone is NOT accepted (WV does not recognize RCIS as a qualifying license for Cath Lab Technologists)
- Cerner experience preferred
- First-time travelers are NOT accepted
Schedule
- Shift: 4x10 Days (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- On-Call: Required
- 30-minute response time
- Weekend call rotates from Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
- Rotating primary and backup call responsibilities
- Weekend Requirement: Call only
- Floating: May float within Cath Lab scope if needed
- Floating to Sister Facilities: No
- 100-mile local radius rule (75–99 miles considered case-by-case)
- RTO: No restrictions
